01) In the union in which the crime is committed or the cause of the case arises, if the parties to the dispute are usually residents of that union, the village court of that union shall be constituted and the village court shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate similar cases.


 


02) The village court of the union in which the crime will be committed or the cause of the case will arise, if one party to the dispute is a resident of that union and the other party is a resident of a different union, the union in which the crime will be committed or the cause of the case If you do, you can nominate a representative from your own union.


 


Power of village court


Unless otherwise provided in the Act, the Village Court may order a person to pay only a maximum of Rs. In any case relating to civil matters referred to in Part II of the Schedule, it may be ordered to pay the amount specified in the Schedule or to relinquish possession of the property or its possession to the real owner of the property.
